2nd Look Automotive Automotive, warrants its workmanship in servicing or repairing any vehicle performed at the owner’s expense against defects for a period of 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, as set forth below, except as to the following: (a) Any vehicle that may be classified for (or actually used for) commercial use. (b) Repairs performed using used, salvage or customer-supplied parts. In this case, this warranty will be subject to the provisions provided for on the customer’s final invoice. (c) 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse warranty on repairs performed when other repairs reasonably deemed necessary to ensure original repair will not fail prematurely, and the additional repairs are declined by the customer. The warranty period begins with the date noted on the final invoice provided to the customer upon completion of the initial repairs and at the mileage for the vehicle noted on such invoice. Photos and video may be takem of the work performed to log processes, completion or part / vehichle conditions in support or against certain warranties.

This warranty covers the parts repaired or installed as a component of requested service or maintenance, plus labor to repair or install such parts, both subject to the provisions set forth below. All outsourced work, parts or other processes outsourced will be included in final invoice. 2nd look Automotive, does not cover or supply warranties for outsource workmanship or parts. Customer agrees that all customer supplied parts or outsourced labor is the responsibility of the supplier of those parts and labor.

In the event that service or repair performed at the owner’s expense needs to be repeated within the warranty period, 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, will (1) correct the defective service or part or (2) replace the defective part, at its option.

This warranty does not apply to parts or materials covered by other warranties or services for which the owner was not charged.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by rodents and animals.

This warranty is made to the original retail purchaser of the service or part and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

This warranty does not apply to vehicles which have been altered, misused or abused (including but not limited to excessive operating conditions) or improperly maintained or used (including maintenance or use beyond manufacturer’s recommended limits) if the alteration, misuse or improper maintenance or use of the vehicle has made it necessary to repeat the service or required additional service, for example, use as a commercial vehicle.

This warranty, in vehicles where the odometer does not work, shall be calculated on the national average of 15000 miles a year or as set forth on the final invoice for said vehicles and calculated as such.

This warranty is issued and will be honored only by 2nd Look Automotive Automotive. In order to make claim under this warranty, the owner must present the original related paid invoice. 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, does not assume or authorized any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability on its behalf. If warranty work is required outside our service area, owner is required to contact us at 504-722-0990 for arrangements, which may include work at a approved nearby service center or transport to 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, location at either 505 Cadiz St. Branch New Orleans, La. 70115 or other location specified to you by 2nd Look Automotive Automotive. At the option of 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, In the event a warranty repair is performed at an approved repair center as herein described, 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, shall not be liable for any expense exceeding that of the original repair performed by 2nd Look Automotive Automotive.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damage, including loss of value of the vehicle, loss profit or earnings, and out-of-pocket expenses, including expenses for towing, substitute transportation, storage or lodging. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on these products/services is limited in duration to the express warranty period provided above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This warranty sets forth the terms of the warranty provided by 2nd Look Automotive Automotive, and no oral warranty shall apply.
